2nd ZIMS was held on October 25th-27th 2002. We hosted 124 participants from 5 countries. 34 scientific papers were presented in form of oral presentation or posters. Invited speakers opened the congress, followed by student presentations. Four workshops were available for the participants.  

Best scientific paper, best lecturer and best poster were rewarded. 

After the Closing ceremony, we had a field trip to Varazdin, a baroque city in Norther Croatia. 

Participants of 2nd ZIMS liked the event a lot, and those who haven't seen it, missed a lot!

Idea of student congress in Zagreb emerged somwhere about 1999, but up until 1st ZIMS has not been realised. Now after 1st ZIMS, held on October 26th-28th 2001, we are planning to make ZIMS a tradition of medical students in Zagreb.
