Welcome message 

Dear prospective participant!   It is my great honor and privilege to be able to invite you to participate in the 2nd ZIMS.    When two years ago we started thinking about creating a medical student summit everybody laughed at us. And with a reason. We had no money, no students to work with, and finaly we had no experience at all. But we tried, and tried. Doors slammed, telephones hang up, and we still tried. Then we managed to make first ZIMS, with great success and (more important) without any problems.    Then we decided to create 2ndZIMS. We started a campaign, and started looking for sponsors. Doors slammed, telephones hang up and many letters saying "we are sorry, but next year you can ..." And we tried even more. Slowly, idea of 2ndZIMS became more and more real. We printed some promotional materials and gave it to students. "What is ZIMS?" students asked. Far idea from the past became our reality.    If you think a year in advance, plant rice.  If you think a decade in advance, plant trees.  If you think a century in advance, teach people.    Old Chinese saying     It will be my pleasure to greet you all in behalf of the Organising Committe of 2nd ZIMS and wish you safe trip to Zagreb.
